Certificate Of Conformance
A certificate of conformance signed by a company official shall
accompany each shipment and contain the following information: Supplier
Name, Purchase Order Number, Part Number, Revision, Quantity(s),
Special Processes as applicable, Date, Authorized Signature, Title and
Statement certifying product compliance and traceability.
Nonconforming Materials
The supplier warrants all goods delivered under the purchase order to
be free from defects in material and workmanship and to be of the
quality, size and dimensions ordered and work performed under the
purchase order to be conformity with all drawings, specifications and
other data incorporated as part of the purchase order. The supplier(s)
agrees to repair, replace or otherwise correct any problem(s) with the
delivered item(s).
Notification Of Changes
The supplier shall notify ByerSource immediately of any changes to the
Supplier Product and/or Process(s). Notification to ByerSource will be
mandatory and in a timely manner.
Control Of Records
The supplier shall maintain Control of Records for a period
of Seven Years (7). These records shall be maintained by the
Supplier and be available upon request.
